8 Essential Oil Recipes To Calm The Busy Mind

Oils To Blend

  • 3 drops lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops bergamot essential oil
  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 drop ginger essential oil
  • 3 tablespoons sweet almond oil

Mix well, and massage the blend into the neck and chest, inhaling deeply.

  • Place 1 drop each of myrrh, frankincense and sandalwood  oils on a cottonwool ball and inhale deeply. Tuck the ball into your bra or shirt pocket so the scent stays with you all day. When combined, these oils have a profoundly peaceful effect.

In a vaporizer, burn the essential oils with 3 tablespoons of water.

1) Combine the ingredients with enough water to make up 50 ml.

2) Shake well before use, and lightly mist the pillows and bedding before going to bed.

5).. Helping Grief
