Oils To Blend
- 3 drops lavender essential oil
- 3 drops bergamot essential oil
- 3 drops peppermint essential oil

- 3 tablespoons sweet almond oil

1) Combine the ingredients with enough water to make up 50 ml.
2) Shake well before use, and lightly mist the pillows and bedding before going to bed.
5).. Helping Grief
